- Delivered to an Amazon S3 bucket you own, in CSV or Parquet, updated at least once a day.
- What it is for
- Feeding a data warehouse or BI tool: query with Amazon Athena, load into Amazon Redshift, visualize with Amazon QuickSight.
- Chargeback and showback to internal teams using cost allocation tags.
- Not to be confused with
- AWS Cost Explorer — the aggregated, visual dashboard. CUR is the raw source data behind it.
