- General architectural guidance (“do I have the right building blocks?”).
- Response times
- General guidance under 24 hours; system impaired under 12 hours.
- No commitment for production-down, because production is not the use case.
- What you do not get
- No 24/7 phone or chat, no full AWS Trusted Advisor, no third-party software support.
- Exam signal
- “Testing or early development”, “email only, business hours”, “one contact” → Developer.
